LATE & CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit is required when scheduling an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if client cancels. When rescheduling an appointment, the deposit will be transferred to the new date of the appointment, only if the new date is within 7 days of the original appointment. The deposit will be put toward the client’s remaining balance of makeup appointment. The remaining balance will be due on the day of the appointment.

If client is 15 minutes late, a late fee of $10 will be applied. If client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be canceled due to other client appointments scheduled. 

Accepted forms of payment include: Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash, Cash app, Paypal and Square. (please note a 2% fee will be added if client chooses to use Paypal)
